Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong

This hotel is nice, and has excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me with evening plans on my first stay. Can't wait to return for the new year!

The location was favourable and perfect, with eateries and cafes close to the hotel. Moreover, the area was central.

Fashionable rooms with a kettle and cell, facilities worked well. The location was great, in most common areas as well as the rooms, in the market area. The experience was really amazing and I would stay here again.

Unexpected challenges but warm staff

Woke up to a splendid view and convenient transport options. The staff responded quickly to our requests, definitely making our stay more enjoyable.

We faced some room cleanliness issues. The shower drainage was poor and the curtains needed a good wash. Breakfast was also served cold.

The beds were lovely and rooms were beautifully maintained. Provided breakfast was particularly good with croissants and noodles, as example, exceeded our expectations. The service here was good.

We really enjoyed the early check-in and the eco-friendly water bottle in our room, which made us feel good about reducing plastic use. It was nice to have access to a quiet space on the fifth floor with free coffee, and we appreciated the easy laundry facilities. The only downside was waiting a bit for our room to be ready, but everything else was great! 😊

Couldn't think of any dislike, but would suggest a few more power points in the room as we need to charge mobile phones, laptop computers, cameras, razors, etc ...

Brand-new, stylish unit with the double bed, free WiFi, as example. Comfortable and unbeatable location, at a moderate distance from Happy Valley Racecourse. The hotel near restaurants and bars.

Charming, charming, charming.

I loved waking up to a fine city view, made my mornings special! The spacious room was a perfect oasis to unwind and recharge. Bonus, the location offered easy access to public transport!
